Worn over this are greaves and vambraces, archery guards on the forearms, and an embossed leather breastplate with the arms of the baron, and steel helmets padded with leather. Their armor, swords, and weapons are made of elvin silver steel, coated matte black to prevent reflections that would give away their position.

Coins: Gold, Silver, Copper – The gold coin of Kronar, The Greenwood, and the Iron Hills is known as the Talon, and is about the size of an American half dollar. The next coin is the silver Krathi, and it takes ten Krathi to equal one Talon. Each Krathi is about the size of an American dime. Finally, we have the copper Tithe, so named because it was worth one tenth the value of the Krathi. Each Tithe is about half the size of the American penny. The three kingdoms mint their own coins, but have agreed with each other to maintain consistent standards for size, weight, and metal purity. As the Dragons Teeth used jewels and ingots, and the other kingdoms operated with their own coinage, it is common for shopkeepers and traders to maintain standard touchstones to ascertain the purity and weight of the coins or ingots. The trading of jewels is a specialized skill.
